II discovered EFT tapping during a particularly overwhelming period in my life. I tried countless strategies to manage stress, but it was tapping—this gentle combination of acupressure and mindful self-acceptance—that truly transformed how I approached challenges.
Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others experience that same freedom. My goal is to make EFT and mindfulness accessible and approachable for everyone, whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your practice.
